Glenn A. Farrell has a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University and a J. D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, The United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He served as Vice President of the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners (BME), which is the professional board responsible for licensing and disciplining physicians and other health professionals. He served as Co-Chairman of the Board’s Bioethics committee. He also served as a member of the Attorney General’s Task Force on New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners Operations. He is a member of the Essex County Bar Association as well as the New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations. He represents physicians and health care professionals in various matters including the defense of malpractice claims, before the BME and their respective professional licensing boards, peer review, and hospital privileges matters.
He represents NFL football players and other professional athletes in workers compensation and injury cases including notable players. He is a member of the NFLPA’s Nationwide Panel representing players.
Since commencing private practice in 1988, Mr. Farrell has extensively litigated and tried numerous cases including malpractice (medical and legal), complex, catastrophic personal injury matters, commercial litigation, and automobile/general litigation. He has litigated and settled many millions of dollars’ worth of cases for injured persons and their families. For example, in 2019 he settled a personal injury case for $4.2 Million which became a New Jersey Law Journal “Top 20 Settlement”.
